EMO Jewelry

I had a lot of trouble finding the perfect ring to propose with since my girlfriend had allergies with wearing jewelries.  Most recommended I buy one which is hypoallergenic.  But even with hypoallergenic jewelries, her skin would still have irritations which is really painful since it tends to spread to a lot of the area which is affected.  Like the earrings I once bought her which was supposed to be "Hypoallergenic" as said by a famous jeweler.  I gave it to her with the hopes of it lasting, but after a few days, I escorted her to the hospital to have her ear injected because of the skin allergy caused from the earrings.  From then on, I promised not to give her another jewelry unless it wouldn't harm her again.

To my surprise, I was invited last January to join her friend Ohmski regarding a new jewelry brand which would launch their new items in the market.  And since I was really looking for a "safe" ring, I really prayed hard that this would answer it.  And it was!  EMO jewelry not only answered it, but also had a very nice set of pieces.  You'd actually be surprised how cheap their items are and wonder why, well because they are made of stainless steel!  Now this are not the same stainless steels used for spoons and fork, but actually the ones used in surgeries in hospitals that is why they are very hypoallergenic.  Also, stainless steels have a higher luster than silver and gold so it doesn't tarnish easily.  Stainless steels also have higher rigidity hence it is much stronger than gold and silver in terms of being bent.  Now why choose EMO?  It already covers a lot of the things I'm looking for, looks, strength, and health.  Why would I sacrifice my girl's health if I intend to marry her right?  Not only that, since stainless steel is cheap, EMO is able to craft a lot of styles that would suit you since they are not hindered by the amount of material they can use.

So why buy cheap costume jewelry when you can actually have one which is better?  Why hinder yourself from buying that jewelry you are longing to wear because you silver and gold are expensive?  Look no further!  EMO jewelry is here to your rescue, and they also deliver online.

You can visit their website here at http://www.emo.ph/ and their facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/emojewelry

And about my girlfriend... we're already engaged!  Thanks so much to Ohmski for the help and also EMO jewelry for making it happen!

Love online

I've met you for so long but the memory is still clear in my head... You commenting on my blog posts, us chatting, sending texts, calls, sharing posts. And eventually meeting each other for the first time. I really had lots of doubts about it, but I'm glad I chose the right thing. We shared tons of laughters and tears, adventures of all sort, and even had to path our ways for a while.

I know I made so many mistakes in my life, but I know one of the right things I did was to love you and to keep on loving you. And I know, in my life, there wouldn't be another moment I'd want to spend more but to love you. So Ms Catherine Jane Copaway... Will you marry me?

Zoocobia: Love is in the air

I always love going to the zoo since I was a kid, during grade school days I would even pretend to be a tour guide during our field trip to the Manila Zoo since I had the place memorized because of the countless times I've been there.  One good reason would be because my family had a photo shop business there, but mainly because I love seeing animals of every kind.

So I was really eager to find out that me and Angel would be going to Zoocobia, a zoo situated at Clark, Pampanga.  It was a very long travel, but I didn't actually noticed the time because it felt like a breeze due to the fact that we hardly encountered any traffic along the way.  We arrived their in the afternoon and I felt the thrill of seeing the place for the first time, the thought running through my head was "Am I going to the Jurassic Park?"...  Well, the place was situated in between mountains and we were travelling through a dirt road so one can't stop but wonder and be excited as well.  At Zoocobia, we were greeted by a band composed of elementary kids from a nearby school.
Since it was just a few hours before night fell, I asked Angel if I could roam around already and take photos of the different animals around.  It would be harder if I take pictures at night since animals tend to be shy during night time and it's a bad idea to use flash to take photos of them., makes them uneasy, and sometimes angry.  So while they were resting, I immediately went around the place and took some shots, birds here and there, some barn animals, and also some wild ones like the eagles and owls.  Since it was intended to be fun filled theme park, most of the animals situated here are the animals which kids could pet like love birds, goats, horses, and such.

One of the attractions offered by Zoocobia was the Zooc Ride, it's a 400 meter gravity track which you would definitely enjoy!  It's so easy to use, just hop on (and don't forget to wear a helmet) and steer.  The gravity would pull you and accelerate the ride and just lower the steer to slow down.
Birds of Paradise, the Maze, Zoocology Museam, the Barn, Menagerie, giant slide, and the new place for the greyhounds are other attractions you would see in Zoocobia.  But the highlight of the day was actually described in the title, flying wish lanterns.  During dinner time, there was a short presentation to give thanks to the different animals who were the main reason Zoocobia was opened.  Although Zoocobia closes at 5pm, they actually had to go to overtime for this one. There were acrobats who amazed the people as they performed their tricks, and also fire dancers which really impressed the crowd with their flaming abilities.  In my mind I was saying "that guy is like Dhalsim from Street Fighter, Yoga Flame!".  He was breathing the fire for so long I thought it would reach his lips.

Afterwards, it was time to make a wish.  We crossed to the other side to attach our wishes to the lanterns we were sending to the skies... in hope that it would come true... how I wish it would.
So what are you waiting for?  Come and visit Zoocobia!  And experience the joy of being one with nature with your family.  For reservation and inquiries call: (045) 599-3956 or 898-3695, 895-7142, or text 0917 835-1111.

Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance

Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage) returns to this much anticipated Marvel movie that would surely make you feel the heat brought by his alter ego, the Ghost Rider!  I've always been a big fan of the Ghost Rider since high school days, his character just simply is not your ordinary good looking, clean teeth, charming super hero, which I kind off liked since he's not the normal super hero.  As a first timer to know about him, you'd even be surprised that he is the super hero, I mean who would in their right mind befriend a skeleton wearing a leather suit, riding a blazing motor bike, whom is also on fire as well?  Would you?

As compared to the previous movie, I liked how Nicolas Cage acted on this one better.  The fact that he was able to move the audience by portraying how Johnny Cage feels when he is normal was really great (the scene where he was like a mad man).  People were laughing but they actually weren't noticing that the way Nicolas Cage acted was really how Johnny would have been, a guy who is about to burst in flames because of all the evil he feels around him.

The Ghost Rider's appearance was actually a lot better in this, and the special effects are even better.  I just wished that there were a lot better fight scenes in the movie.  Him killing normal bad guys who was just standing and wielding guns wasn't that too impressive.  But all in all, the movie was very entertaining!  Go and catch Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance in your nearest cinemas.  Watch it while it's hot! ^_^

Extra: After watching the film, I remembered I have been keeping a Holographic card of him, when I went home to find it, I found out it was produced way back in 1992, I had it for 20yrs already! :P

Happy Heart's Day!

Me and my girlfriend call each other Angel since we became a couple, so I was a really surprised to know that her friend Ms Annesy wants us to review their new product.  We've been joking about it that it was one of our many business since it had our name on it. ^_^
Anyway, this idea they had surely is great!  Especially if you're tired of the boring normal roses and chocolates to give out during hearts day.  Why not try giving a heart-pizza instead?  It surely is unique and who ever you would give it to definitely would love the rich taste and aroma coming from every slice!  Even if you are single, with just your friends or family, it would be an awesome way to treat them to this pizza which not only makes you happy with each bite but also has a big heart to celebrate the season.
So what are you waiting for?  Go ahead and grab a bite!  And share the love as well by spreading the love with the heart pizzas from Angel's Pizza and Pasta Combo!  Just dial 922-2222 and the delivery is free!

Special thanks for Alex for allowing me to use some of his pictures ^_^

Chronicle

If you were given the chance to choose a super hero power to have, what power would you like to have?  And what would you do with it?

I'm sure in some point of your life you had always fantasized about being a super hero.  Like Superman who can fly, or Spider Man who can crawl up walls.  Chronicle is about three teenagers who all became close because of being in contact with an alien life form.  Andrew Detmer (Dane DeHaan) is a normal high school student who started filming his every day life.  He is always accompanied by his cousin Matt Garetty (Alex Russell) to school and has always been the only friend he had.  One night, he came across Steve Montgomery (MIchael B. Jordan) in the woods who invited him to film a hole he found together with Matt.  Inside the hole, they found a cave and a crystal which was glowing.  After a while, they suddenly passed out from hearing a loud screeching sound coming from within the crystal.  Three weeks passed and they suddenly develop super powers, and as the days go by, they realize the their powers were getting stronger as they practice them.

They suddenly use their powers in public by trying to play tricks on people, after a incident that led to one person being injured and sent to the hospital; they promised to each other that they wouldn't use their powers on living creatures.  Chronicle much relates to a young super hero's beginning, finding out that you had powers, trying to impress a guy/girl with it, trying to help out the public, you would really appreciate how it tries to teach the people that having super powers is not just being able to show it, but also being able to be responsible in using it.

As what Spider Man's grand pa told him, "With great powers comes great responsibility".  Watch Chronicle now in your nearest movie house!  You'll definitely enjoy it! ^_^

Journey 2: The Mysterious Island

Sean Anderson (Josh Hutcherson) returns in this sequel to the movie "Journey to the center of the earth".  This movie is based as well to one of Jules Verne famous books entitled "Mysterious island", and if you have read the book, then I bet you would like the movie as well.

The movie starts of with Sean being chased by some police, he was caught after a while and then later was helped by his step dad Hank (Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock) who later found out that Sean was trying to decipher some codes.  This codes actually helped Hank get closer to Sean who was having a hard time opening up to him because of being his step dad.  They then realized the codes were actually pin pointing to the coordinates of the mysterious island.  Hank decides to go on and accompany Sean to make him realize that it was all a mistake, but only to find out that he was actually the one who was mistaken.

You would definitely be delighted with the adventures they encounter as they explore the island together with Gabato (Luis Guzman) their pilot and his lovely daughter Kailani (Vanessa Hudgens) and try to find out who have sent the codes to Sean...

A definite must watch to families who would like to watch a movie together!
